Reflexology is suitable to anyone at any age with one exception, I cannot treat those with, or at risk of, Thrombosis (blood clots).

ADVANCED FOOT REFLEXOLOGY

FACIAL REFLEXOLOGY

Facial Reflexology is a deeply relaxing and restful experience. This is an amazing treatment for anyone looking for deep relaxation and those experiencing nervous system conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress.

Session notes:
Please wear a strapless top or a top with straps easily removed as treatment involves shoulders, clavicle, and upper pectorals. Please remove earrings as treatment involves the ears. Wear minimal makeup; small amounts of grapeseed oil will be applied to your face.
CHILDREN'S REFLEXOLOGY

Shorter treatments for kids! Focused sessions that treat specific concerns like getting over a cold, relieving anxiety or stress, treating discomfort and illness. These sessions are a great opportunity to teach kids about the benefits of self-care, developing positive wellness routines and listening to your body.

EAR BEADS
